The Armagh City management committee have released the following statement: An administrative oversight by the club when signing Ultan Lennon earlier this season has resulted in Armagh City being deducted 9 points and also being fined by the IFA Championship Management Committee at its meeting on Monday night. The club immediately acknowledged their mistake to the IFA when they became aware of the situation. The loss of the points is particularly disappointing for the manager and players who worked so hard on the pitch to win the three games in question.
