Well girls the new season will soon be starting and we need to get some hard work done on and off the pitch. i have planned a team builder this Friday at Pole-fitness in Moygashel after our Friday night training. Fun starts at 8.30pm. We play alot of big teams this season so nothing less than hard work and commitement will see us have a good season. Fitness high on my list this year and football closely following which is something we can work on as a TEAM just like last year. Pub quiz also booked for the Friday 2nd March. £10 per team or £10 if you don't get a team. I also need some girls to get Spot prizes for the night and some to do a platter of sanwiches Please and Thank-you. COME ON GIRLS LETS MAKE THIS ANOTHER SEASON TO REMEMBER. :)) |

Armagh City Ladies are back to training starting this Monday 9th January at Ardmore (7pm-8pm) and Friday 13th January at Cathedral Rd (7pm-8pm).
The new season gives us new challenges. With the addition of new players mixed with current players, this season will be a big test to City Ladies. The character of the whole team will be tested to a limit but I know the players we have and I am looking forward to working with them again in this new league.
See you all at training as we prepare for the NIWFA Championship 2012!
